If a car after any modification is being used on public roads and needs inspection by the RDW, we can arrange this for you.

When one or more components are not available they will be custom made.
We develop a wide range of own products and test them during our visits to the track days.

Bodywork
From making new engine mounts in the chassis (for the new type of engine TFSI R32 R36) to building a complete chassis with 4wd and race ready roll cage. To convert a normal Golf, Jetta, Vento to 4wd 4motion, the tunnel and the rear floor pan also need to be replaced we can also do this for you.

Regarding the engine conversion this can be done in different ways and at different stages.

- Keeping the old / original gearbox is the easiest way to build in a new engine. This is because in most cases the original engine and gearbox mounts can be used.

- When you want to build in a new engine and gearbox it is more difficult to fit in an old car. For most of the new engines TFSI R32 R36 02M DSG we have ready to fit engine and gearbox mounts, but when using a new gearbox 02M in the older Golf or Corrado the shafts an shift mechanism also need to be adapted. It’s also possible to use the DSG gearbox, but is still more complicated and more work.

Electronica
Wij zijn tot nu toe 1 van de weinige bedrijven die de FSI-motoren en de DSG  van Volkswagen kunnen inbouwen met de originele computer in de oudere auto’s zoals in een Golf 1,2,3 of Corrado enz. Wij passen de bedrading aan compleet naar wens en kunnen ECU storing en startonderbreker vrij maken. Ook kunnen wij vrijprogrammeerbare (KMS) computers leveren en inbouwen op maat.

DutchBuild has started as a company after a increasing demand and orders of conversion and improvement of (sport) cars.

Over the years we have become specialists in the 4wd 4Motions system of Volkswagen. Within this segment, we have developed aftermarket products named "DB customs" These products are designed to convert weaker Syncro system to 4motion/Quattro drive.  For the VW Golf Mk II and III and the VW Corrado.

DutchBuild has recently become a supplier of some top products like Koni Shocks, K-Sport Brakes, K & N air filters, oil coolers and miscellaneous Racimex. These products are available through our webshop. It is also possible to visit only by appointment.
